The group leader is the adult person that accompanies participants in youth exchange project. It is he who ensure the protection and safety of participants, guiding them in the learning process and can have roles of facilitor, moderator and expert on the subject addressed in projects.
Participant
The person, youth that participates with the others in the exchange and in all projects involved in it.
